Job Description

The Sales Closer role is for an ambitious and results-driven individual who excels at turning leads into clients. You will work directly with potential customers, utilizing your communication and negotiation skills to close high-value products in the personal development field. Experience selling services to U.S.-based clients is essential.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
- Close high-ticket sales and meet or exceed sales targets
- Conduct follow-ups with leads through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings
- Track sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools
- Provide feedback and insights to client responses in order to improve sales strategies
- Sell services to U.S. clients and develop strategies in order to handle U.S.-based clients
Requirements
- Fully bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of closing high-ticket items
- Experience in selling services to U.S.-based clients
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of leads
- Familiarity with personal development or coaching programs is preferred
- Comfortable with virtual sales processes (phone, email, video calls)
