Job Description

Provide administrative, operational, and strategic support to the Director of Corporate Events and Sales, ensuring efficient planning, execution, and follow-up of corporate events and sales processes, contributing to the achievement of commercial goals and strengthening the corporate image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Director’s agenda, ensuring organization, punctuality, and effective prioritization.
    • Coordinate logistics for corporate events.
  • Maintain constant and effective communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of commitments.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, executive presentations, and detailed sales and event tracking reports.
  • Oversee contract follow-up, payments, and invoicing related to events and sales, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Facilitate the preparation and distribution of event materials, including kits, gifts, and relevant documentation.
  • Assist in market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices.
  • Collaborate in managing and updating databases and CRM systems to maintain accurate client and prospect information.
  • Schedule and coordinate sales calls and post-sale follow-ups to optimize closures and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Proactively resolve minor operational issues and promptly escalate critical matters to the Director.

  • Flexibility to adapt to variable schedules, including events and occasional travel.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Communications, Social Communication, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in corporate or event environments.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
  • Availability for occasional travel, with a valid US visa.
